Sunday December 19th I will open the ceremonial space for both men and women. Together we create a powerful energetic field in which you are guided through a process of softening and (re-)connecting.

Ceremonial cacao is known as a natural heart opener. A plant medicine that reminds us how to drop out of our minds and into the wisdom of our bodies. Click here to learn more about cacao.

During this sacred ceremony we use QiGong (moving meditation, self-massage and breathing) to harmonize our energy flow,  to connect our body, mind & soul, and to balance our feminine and masculine forces. Once the cacao has landed in our bodies i will journey you through a healing meditation to soften into the deeper layers of consciousness, inner peace and higher wisdom.
